Introduction to The Fluorocarbon Coatings

    Fluorocarbon coating is a general term for a series of coatings mainly composed of fluororesin as the film-forming material. It is a new type of coating material processed on the basis of fluororesin. Fluorocarbon coatings have excellent weather resistance. In an experiment on long-term outdoor use of fluorocarbon coatings, aluminium profile treated with fluorocarbon can still maintain their original appearance after more than 20 years of use.

     The  Aluminum extrusion profile that have undergone this surface treatment are widely used in industrial, construction aluminum profiles, and other fields. Secondly, fluorocarbon coatings have excellent anti-corrosion properties.

     Thanks to its excellent chemical properties, the coating is tough, has high surface hardness, is resistant to impact, bending, and wear, while also exhibiting excellent mechanical properties.
