Introduction to Electrophoretic Powder Coating

    Electrophoretic paint, as a low pollution coating, has the characteristics of flat coating, good water resistance and chemical resistance, and is easy to achieve mechanization and automation of powder coating. It is suitable for coating complex shaped aluminium profile and is currently widely used in the automotive industry and aluminium construction profiles.

     Electrophoretic paint is mainly composed of water-soluble resin as the film-forming material,  and organic polymers are often selected.The resulting paint film has various chemical properties, such as corrosion resistance, flexibility, and low-temperature stability. Acrylic anode electrophoretic paint is currently widely used electrophoretic paint.

     After powder coating, the coating film is colorless and transparent, with good gloss and high hardness. Strong adhesion and excellent weather resistance. It can also be configured as white paint or other colored paint, which has broad application in aluminum extrusion profile surface treatment.
