Comparison of Chemical and Electrochemical Polishing with Mechanical Polishing for Aluminium Profiles

   The chemical and electrochemical polishing of  aluminum extrusion profile compared to mechanical polishing have the following advantages.
     First, the equipment is simple and the process parameters are easy to control, which can greatly save the equipment costs required for mechanical polishing. In some cases of using aluminium profile, it can partially replace mechanical polishing with a higher surface brightness.
     Second, it can handle large components and Industrial aluminum profile, even a large number of small components, as well as workpieces with complex shapes that cannot be processed by automated mechanical polishing.
     Third, the surface after chemical or electrochemical polishing is clean, without residual mechanical polishing powder, and has good corrosion resistance. Fourth, the surface mirror reflectivity after chemical polishing is higher, and the metallic texture is also better.
